Connecting Across Cultures

In today's diverse academic environment, understanding and navigating cultural differences is crucial for successful collaboration. This workshop is designed to enhance your intercultural competence and improve your communication skills. It will equip you with the knowledge and skills to work effectively with colleagues, students, and partners from diverse cultural backgrounds. It is based on the participants' intercultural experiences in their specific work areas and situations of conflict they have experienced. This workshop will end with concrete considerations on how to implement intercultural competency at the workplace.

This online workshop is aimed specifically at university employees with an international background, staff members of our EC2U partner universities and those who wish to improve their language skills in a safe and accepting environment.
