Struggling with high workloads? Caught in a complex situation? Considering a change of studies? Maintaining clarity during times of change can often be a challenge. How can we ensure that we not only structure and manage complex situations but also protect our health? 'Thriving Through Challenging Times' is a workshop designed to help students master high workloads systematically.

What is offered?

  • Introduction to Personal Kanban: Participants will learn an effective method of self-organization that helps define, prioritize, and integrate work packages and goals into everyday life.
  • Practical Application: Using concrete examples from the participants' academic and personal lives, Personal Kanban will be put into practice.
  • Reflection and Learning: Participants will learn how to glean insights from their work experiences and continuously improve their methods to remain healthy and productive over the long term.

This workshop is ideal for students from all fields who want to learn how to keep a cool head and work efficiently, even during hectic times. It is structured in two parts to allow time for practical application.

Please note: The second part of the workshop will take place on 22 November from 14:00 to 17:30.
