All too often, academic careers are viewed strictly from a success-based narrative that fails to acknowledge the difficulties we all have to endure in our careers. In order to provide early career scholars with an appreciation of the formative experiences that come from overcoming problems, three senior academics will share their stories and examples in an informal setting.
