Notebook consultation hour
Do you use your notebook for study or teaching activities and have problems setting up the university network, WLAN or VPN? In the notebook consultation we look for causes and solve them with you on site.

Help and support via remote maintenance
Do you need IT support at short notice and an on-site appointment is not possible? Via remote maintenance, you briefly give support staff control over your computer. Solutions are discussed together and you can watch how the solution is being worked on.
