Notebook office hours|consultations
Do you use your notebook for study or teaching activities and have problems with the facility|institution|(structural) unit, WLAN or VPN? In the Notebook office hours|consultations we look for causes and solve them with you directly on site.

Help and support via remote maintenance
Do you need IT support at short notice and an on-site appointment is not possible? You can use remote maintenance to give support staff control of your computer for a short time. Solutions are discussed together and you can see how the solution is being worked on.
