  • Lamination matt scratch resistant

During lamination, the printed sheet is covered with a protective film and is optimally protected against scratches and fingerprints and in many cases even creates a higher color brilliance.

We currently offer three different surfaces and qualities. The scratch-resistant matt film ensures homogeneous colour surfaces, a high-quality look and a pleasant feel due to its typical matt character.

The back is usually not laminated, which simplifies processing and makes the product even more durable. Laminating films are ideal for finishing book covers, flyers, brochures and brochures with special elegance.

The additional finishing of the prints offers many advantages:

    • Very high abrasion protection and durability
    • High groove and tear resistance· Subjectively increased brilliance of the printing colours
    • Wipeable, thus hygienically perfect
    • Optimized further processing due to increased mechanical stability, composite effect

  • Laminate

When laminating, we cover the printed sheets on both sides with a transparent protective film. This protects your prints for the long term and increases their stability for permanent use.

This can be done in two ways:

On the one hand with a kind of foil bag.The printed sheets are inserted into a foil bag and welded with heat and pressure on both sides.

On the other hand, in large-format printing (for posters or posters, for example), these formats are laminated on one side and on two sides, thus finishing and additionally protecting the print image.

  • Cut contours

Cutting contour (CutContour) can be created in freely definable sizes and shapes. The free contours give print products room for a lot of creativity.

For example, a cutting line (CutContour) is required for printing so that stickers can be created in the form you want.

    The digital print finishing -
    Over-toner foiling (OTF)

In order to further refine printed materials from digital printing, we have the option of processing the printed sheets with foil embossing. With this finishing, the chosen design to be highlighted is printed in digital printing on the desired carrier material.

The printed sheets are then transferred with a so-called sleeking film in a laminating machine with pressure and heat and the desired metal effect is applied. Where the toner has been printed, the metallized layer bonds with the carrier material and achieves a perfect print finishing result with high fineness.

Paper hole punching is an indispensable tool when it comes to stapling documents in filing systems such as folders, staplers, ring binders or appointment planners. A distinction is made between double and quadruple punching.

The 2-hole punching is the most conventional type of punching and is used almost everywhere, such as in handouts or teaching materials.

The 4-fold punching, on the other hand, is usually used in ring binders or ring binders to give the individual pages a better hold.
