The ADFC Jena-Saaletal offers refurbished bikes on an electronic pinboard:
They were checked by employees of the self-help repair shop in Jena. They are ready to ride and suitable for road use, although in some cases the lighting needs to be supplemented ("plug-in light").
The bikes can be inspected and test ridden at the respective locations by arrangement.
