EC2U, the University Alliance of the University of Jena, invites you to reflect on Europe and take action in your studies, your research and your daily work, both within and beyond the EC2U Alliance.
The background to Europe Week – European University Alliances
Europe Week 2023 focuses on two important events: On 5. May 1949 the Council of Europe was founded. On 9. May 1950 the Schuman Declaration laid the foundation for what was to become the EU—an idea and an institution moving forward, testing values, facing ever new challenges.
Currently, 44 University Alliances across Europe are creating sustainable cooperation structures and opening up new mobility options for students, teachers, researchers and administrative employees.
EC2U, the University Alliance of the University of Jena, and its national accompanying project FECT invite you to reflect on Europe and take action in your studies, your research and your daily work, both within and beyond the EC2U Alliance.
A warm welcome to all who are interested!
