The first health survey for employees of the entire university has already been carried out. Many of the university's stakeholders developed this survey together. It records the health status, promotes optimisations in the university's health management and carries out the analysis of mental (mis)strain required by law.
Employees from Psychology, Sports Science and Department 5 - Human Resources tested the survey as part of a pilot phase and contributed significantly to optimising the survey with their feedback.
The health survey also serves to expand our range of measures. In addition, all employees receive individual re-registration regarding their state of health, including helpful tips for themselves, their own workplace and how to deal with health challenges.
The results have now been analysed and area-specific, tailored measures have been derived. The project team is currently in the implementation phase. The next survey will then be carried out in order to precisely record the current situation again and to check whether the measures implemented have been effective.
