Everyone has been talking about AI applications since the introduction of chatGPT. They are already an integral part of the work environment and are increasingly being used in application procedures. In the panel discussion, both the social and practical effects of this development will be discussed. The panel discussion will be in German.

The following questions will be answered: What AI applications are there in application processes and how should applicants prepare for this? How is AI changing the work environment? What soft skills / IT skills will applicants need to have in the future? What are the social consequences of using these systems?

Guests:

  • Prof Joachim Giesen (founder of Data Assessment Solutions and Professor of Computer Science at Friedrich Schiller University Jena)
  • Prof Kathrin Kirchner (Professor of Knowledge Transfer and Data Analysis at the Technical University of Denmark)
  • Dr Frank Nussbaum (Data scientist at JENOPTIK)

Following the discussion, there will be an opportunity for networking at a buffet.
