Are you a female doctoral or postdoctoral researcher at Friedrich Schiller University Jena or another university in Thuringia? Have you already started planning your individual career? Do you want to exchange experiences with an advanced professor and like-minded peers? Are you motivated to network and develop your personal profile? Then you can apply for the Rowena Morse Programme!
The programme supports female doctoral candidates in the final stage of their doctorate as well as female postdoctoral researchers in their orientation phase. The programme is not subject-specific. Within the programme, the mentees will get to know each other, will learn together in workshops and will receive individual counselling by experienced professors.
