Intercultural workshop

Change of perspective: Unconscious bias in Intercultural Collaboration (in German)
Friday, November 29th, 2024, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

The workshop is based on the participants' intercultural experiences in their work areas: In which contexts and situations have "uneasy" feelings arisen? These experiences will be investigated, stereotypes and unconscious thought patterns reflected upon. The aim of the workshop is to gain a deeper understanding of one's own and other people's cultural influences and to raise awareness of diversity in professional contexts. There will be concrete ideas for implementing interculturally competent actions and strategies for avoiding distortions due to these "biases" in everyday working life.
