Dear Honours Students,

We have some great news: The next Honours Day will take place on 6 April - and we are inviting you to join in and help us shape it!

Twice a year, the Honours Day gives you the opportunity to discuss your outstanding research projects, exchange ideas and simply spend time together. Just come around on 6 April, 10am to 1pm, in the 'Auditorium Zur Rosen'.

The Honours Day is an open space to get to know each other, meet again and discuss your work. Here you have the opportunity to present your research projects and get valuable feedback. Whether you want to try out a presentation that you have planned for a conference or colloquium, or whether you want to present something that you have already presented elsewhere, is entirely up to you. We welcome all contributions and encourage you to use the opportunity to present and discuss your projects in a protected rehearsal room. Contributions are possible in English and German, we will support each other with translations during the discussion.

We have also planned contributions from former Honours Students who will talk about their experiences on the programme. This will give you the opportunity to pick up valuable tips and benefit from their experiences.

The Honours Day is also explicitly for you and your ideas. If you have your own ideas for contributions or formats, please write to us. The aim of the day is to create an open space for networking and exchange, from which not only your research project, but also you personally as an Honours Student at the University of Jena, will benefit.

Once again in a nutshell:
•             Honours Day
•             6. April 2024, 10am to 1pm
•             Auditorium „Zur Rosen“ (Johannisstraße 13, 07743 Jena)

Registration is possible via the following linkExternal link. Here you also have the opportunity to submit your own topics for your contributions or suggestions for further formats. Otherwise, please write to us or come to the consultation hour on Wednesdays.
