This is an external workshop offered by Carmen Aichelin (systemic counsellor and coach from Freiburg). It will take place from 12-16 August as a group-workshop in a quite forest in Luxembourg. The topics covered include dealing with climate anxiety and building hope and resilience in the face of multiple crises in today's world. This will take the form of bodywork, conversations, exercises and meditation, among other things.
