The contents of the course are:

  • Introduction to the Chinese language with a focus on phonetics
  • Exercises on the pronunciation of common Chinese family names
  • Introduction to the Chinese script
  • Identification of characters of common Chinese surnames and titles
  • Practice of phrases for greetings and simple small talk
  • Introduction to using Chinese in the digital world

You will receive a certificate of attendance for participating in the course, which can be credited towards the China Competence Certificate with 4 units in the elective module.
