The German Rectors' Conference (Hochschulrektorenkonferenz, HRK), in particular the project “HRK ADVANCE Optimising Governance and Processes of Internationalisation” has recently published a guideline with a set of contract options for joint degree programmes with foreign partner institutions in higher education. The guideline has been revised by legal experts.
