Digitalisation has found its way into many central administrative and information processes - from admissions for new students to the administration of degree programmes, fees and study-related data to the organisation of the internal education programme.

Campus management
The Computer Centre operates the University's campus management system as a comprehensive software support for university administration, in which the diverse processes for the administration of studies and teaching are bundled, from application to admission and studies through to graduation.
This includes the following processes:
- Friedolin 2.0 APP - application and admissions management
- HIS-SOS - fee/fee and student management
- HIS-POS - degree programme, examination management and degree completion
- Friedolin - Module, course|class, room and lecturer management
The URZ carries out configuration changes ("customising") and in-house developments according to the requirements of the specialist departments.

Management of international activities (guest studies)
The computer centre supports the University's International Office in the digital administration of all international mobility and partnership activities in line with requirements in order to support the international exchange process for students, employees and international partners. The URZ carries out configuration changes ("customising") according to the requirements of the department.
