Teaching communication and teamwork skills at international universities for future managers and team players in a globalised world using the example of China

How can intercultural communication and team skills be taught in practice? G. Thelen explores this question in her lecture and illustrates this with the course concepts and experiences that originate from the get_connected approach developed at the HTWG Konstanz. Current examples from the last two years and the work with interculturally mixed teams illustrate the implementation and successes.

The lecture will last about 45 to 60 minutes and will be followed by a discussion with the opportunity to ask questions. It will take place in the Unitersity's main building (Universitätshauptgebäude, UHG), lecture hall 024 (ground floor).

The lecture will be held in German.
