Each Tenure-Track Professor will be provided with two mentors. These mentors are part of the University Staff and will counsel, promote, and support the Tenure-Track Professor. Tenure-Track mentors will be chosen and ordered by the faculty council in accordance with the respective Tenure-Track Professor.
