The Mental Health Awareness Days offer a varied selection of short workshops in online format on topics such as overthinking, stress reduction, dealing with conflicts and boundaries, chronic illness and mindfulness. The workshops are either held in English or German.
The main aim of the event is to inform and sensitise researchers about the various aspects of mental health care early on in their careers. We will not only focus on mental health issues: Many of the workshops offer very specific techniques and resources, to help, for example, to reduce stress and set better boundaries in everyday (research) life.
The Mental Health Awareness Days are organized by the Universities of Halle, Jena and Leipzig, together with the research institutions iDiv and Helmholtz. Further information with links to the individual workshops, as well as the complete program can be found hereExternal link.
