Teaching communication and teamwork skills at international universities for future managers and team players in a globalised world using the example of China

How can intercultural communication and team skills be taught in practice? G. Thelen explores this question in her lecture "Teaching communication and teamwork skills at international universities for future managers and team players in a globalised world using the example of China". She illustrates this with the course concepts and experiences that originate from the get_connected approach developed at the HTWG Konstanz. Current examples from the last two years and the work with interculturally mixed teams illustrate the implementation and successes.

The lecture will last around 45 to 60 minutes, followed by a discussion and the opportunity to ask questions.

Participation is possible in presence in lecture hall 24 on the first floor of the main university building (Universitätshauptgebäude, UHG) and via Zoom.

The lecture will be held in German.
