Lecture theatre and seminar room technology

In addition to providing application support and helping to implement the university's digitalisation strategy, the University Computer Centre also looks after the technology in the lecture halls and seminar rooms. A lot has happened this year - here are the most important innovations in brief:

• Aula in Fürstengraben 1: The Aula is a popular venue for larger events. In order to give all guests in the hall a better view of presentations and lecture slides, a new powerful projector has been installed and the screen has also been renewed.
• Lecture theatre 1: The media technology here was almost completely replaced - including the conversion of the blackboard system and the renewal of the audio system. This has significantly improved speech intelligibility in the lecture theatre.
• Seminar rooms: In a total of 25 seminar rooms - including in August-Bebel-Straße 4 and Fürstengraben 1 - loudspeakers were installed or replaced, control systems modernised, projectors installed and cabling renewed.
