Changeover of the URZ ServiceDesk on 06.01.2025

The data centre's service desk is being rebuilt to provide a better overview of URZ services. (We already reported on this in the URZ Informationpdf, 180 kb · de and in November de ). After completion, forms will be available on our homepage in the same structure as before. In addition, the knowledge databases will also correspond to this structure.

You will be able to use the new forms and the additional links from 16 and 17 December . (If you notice functional restrictions or malfunctions in the future, simply use the form "Report malfunction in the URZ" and select the affected service in the "Service" field).

If you have saved individual favourites in your browser or bookmarks for the previous forms, please make the corresponding changes to the new forms. (All forms marked with a light bulb will no longer be available from 06.01 ).
