Five years after the successful Tenure Track Conference 2020 in Berlin, another nationwide conference on the topic of tenure track will be held in May 2025. The Tenure Track Conference 2025 will take up the current debates surrounding the structural and cultural changes in the German academic system and shed light on the extent to which the tenure track principle could also prove advantageous for positions other than professorships.
