Megatrends are the driving forces of change in our time, the blockbusters of transformation. Startups, in particular, integrate megatrends into their strategies. Not only do their innovative business models require a forward-looking approach, but so do the mindsets of founders. Their team profiles and character DNA are at the core of this session, enriched with the latest insights from future research and practical tools to analyze and strengthen their mental competencies.
