In our Chinese courses, we teach Mandarin (Putonghua). Students will learn the simplified characters that are common in the Republic of China.
It is joyful to learn Chinese but it takes endurance. At first, you will practise your listening skill and the correct pronunciation of the words. It requires continual work during the semester as well as between semesters to learn the characters. Therefore, you should allow enough time for self-study.
