With these courses, you will complete one level per semester (A1.1., A1.2, A2.1, and A2.2) with a moderate workload and 2 teaching units/week. We go through four coursebook units every semester.

• Standard French course A1.1 – Voyages 1 new (Units 1-4)
• Standard French course A1.2 Voyages 1 new (Units 5-8)
• Standard French course A1.3 + A1.4 Voyages 1 new (Units 9-12) + Voyages 2 new (Units 1-4) 4 teaching units/week
• Standard French course A2.1 Voyages 2 new (Units 5-8)
• Standard French course A2.2 Voyages 2 new (Units 9-12)

If you want to reach an advanced language level in a short time, these courses are made for you. We go through eight coursebook units per semester, i.e. twice as fast as in the standard courses. The workload is also twice as much. Each course is 4 teaching units per week.

Students with no previous knowledge of French start with the A1.1 + A1.2 course, then you will take the A2 course, and in the third semester, you will take the A2/B1 course.

Students with some previous knowledge of French start with the A1/A2 course, then you will take the A [H2]course, and in the third semester, you will take the A2/B1 course.

Thus, you can reach the level of B1 according to the CEFR in three (instead of six) semesters. These courses build upon the skills gained in the Standard French course and Compact French courses and deepen them further. Each course focuses on specific skills, e.g. reading and writing, reading and written expression, conversation, or grammar. Advanced course B1 – Reading comprehension and Writing.

These courses are geared towards students of Business, Economics, Law, and Political Science.

• FSP B2 – for students of Law and Political Science
• FSP B1/B2 for students of Business and Economics

These courses serve as preparation for DELF/DALF exams, an ERASMUS exchange programme, or the test of reading competence.

• French extra A1/A2/B1/B2/C1/C2 – preparation for DELF/ DALF tests
• French extra B1 preparation for an ERASMUS experience in France situational language
