The Section for Facility Management/Services is responsible for the management of all properties and buildings used by the university. As a service provider, we take care of all commercial and infrastructural aspects of facility management, overseeing a total number of 130 buildings and building areas (Nutzfläche (NUF) 1-6/DIN 277) on approximately 160,000 square meters.
Our section includes the staff units Postal Services, Caretaking Services (cleaning services included), Central Management of Lecture Theatres and Guest Houses, and Facility Management.
