For advanced postdocs, there are some workshops that cover topics that are especially relevant to this phase, like doctoral supervision, peer review, paths to professorship and training for appointment procedures for professorship. Furthermore, all postdocs can choose from a broad scope of topics in the areas: Fundamental Questions of Sciences and Humanities, Research Methods, Presenting and Publishing, Communication, Leadership and Management, Career Planning and Job Application, Languages as well as University Didactics Qualifications.
