The age of our employees spans across several generations. They all contribute to the diversity of our community by bringing different lifestyles, interests, knowledge, experiences and needs to the workplace. This provides a great opportunity to offer mutual support and learn from each other.

Employees in transition are in a special professional situation. This includes young people and adults starting their training and preparing for working life, as well as experienced employees shaping their last years of employment and preparing for retirement.
