Jena-Vegan
Jena-Vegan is an association of different people who work together to promote a plant-based lifestyle. The group has set itself the goal of raising awareness of the negative consequences of so-called livestock farming, questioning culturally entrenched conditions and communicating the potential of plant-based food for the climate, animal welfare and global justice. Jena-Vegan wants to show that a vegan diet can be enjoyable, healthy and largely free of sacrifice.

Health for Future Jena
Climate protection is health protection. For this reason, the Health for Future Group in Jena has come together as a working group of the Medical Student Council. As future doctors, they see it as their ethical duty to draw attention to this crisis and to make political and university policy demands.
