The University Computer Centre is the first point of contact and competent advisor for all IT-related issues at the University. The University Computer Centre therefore aligns its IT strategy with the development and requirements of the university in close consultation with its partners and meets established management standards. As an IT service provider, the University Computer Centre consults its activities with various bodies at university and state level, such as the Circle of Data Processing Managers (DVV) and the CIO Board of the Friedrich Schiller University Jena, as well as the IT Steering Committee and the Board of the IT Service Centre of the institutions of higher education in Thuringia.
