A central concern of Staff Development is the continuous further development of managers.
At the centre of these activities are
- the further development of individual management skills
- supporting and strengthening managers in their leadership role and in their leadership tasks
- networking and dialogue between managers

Staff Development offers a leadership development programme for managers in the non-scientific field.
