Identify
your competencies and present them to employers
What skills do you gain
during your doctorate? How can you develop them
strategically? In order to answer these questions, the
French university association and other partners have
launched the DocPro portal. DocPro presents 24 core
academic competencies and also describes how these can
be further developed in three phases. The portal is
available in English and French. The aim of the portal
is to give doctoral researchers a higher awareness of
their competencies and to enable them to address
companies in a more targeted way.
You can find the DocPro
portal here.
